Brenscombe can run a variety of different events and programmes for your company. We consider the delegates, the objectives and your budget when planning programmes. This is achieved during an initial consultation period either by phone, email or face to face at Brenscombe or at your work place.
As part of our service, we will evaluate the programme and supply written summaries of all the issues raised during the course. Pre and post course attitudinal surveys can be organised to measure effective changes within the delegates. Other techniques can also be applied. These can be combined with action plans and follow up sessions to aid the post course development stages and the implementation of the learning gained. |
