Brenscombe offers apprentice and graduate programmes. Local engineering firms use Brenscombe for programmes gathering NVQ evidence for key skills as well as personal and team development. Various Government agencies also use Brenscombe as part of their graduate induction programmes to generate closer departmental links within the organisation. To allow young people to achieve beyond their perceived ability levels, we run programmes to aid development in specific areas:
