Team Building & Leadership in Action

Brenscombe considers the delegates, the objectives and your budget when planning programmes. This is achieved during an initial consultation period either by phone, email or face to face at Brenscombe or at your work place.

As part of our service, we will evaluate the programme and supply written summaries of all the issues raised during the course. Pre and post course attitudinal surveys can be organised to measure effective changes within the delegates. Other techniques can also be applied. These can be combined with action plans and follow up sessions to aid the post course development stages and the implementation of the learning gained.

Leadership

Brenscombe can provide leadership training at a range of levels such as introducing leadership principles for new team leaders. Specific trainers are chosen for each course ensuring we match their experiences and abilities to the participants on the programme. Participants can benefit from practicing a range of leadership styles and theories away from their own teams and workplace. This gives them the confidence to learn without the fear of failure. Combined with tutor feedback and coaching, individuals experience rapid development. Brenscombe has a range of trainers with experience in a variety of models, techniques and training.

Teams can benefit from specific team building programmes designed to match their needs, working environment and function. Teams are provided with an opportunity to work together in a new environment which helps team members to consider their performance, identify what they do well and how they can improve the performance of the team and the service it offers.
• Team Skills
Team Skills programmes provides delegates with the skills required to contribute to teams as well as play a role in developing teams.
