Diverse local environment makes Brenscombe suitable for field study trips

Field studies at Brenscombe

Brenscombe is the perfect venue from which to base your school or university field studies trip. We can provide catered accommodation for your staff and students. Having been based in the Purbecks for many years, we have a wealth of knowlege of the vicinity and are able to offer suggestions for local areas of study.

You have the use of our large training room (seating 60+ people) as well as our 3 smaller rooms (8 - 20 people). All these rooms are in converted farm buildings full of character. The main training room also has a stage area suitable for lectures and conferences. Learning resources are available but you will need to make us aware of your requirements in advance.
